Now, I finished my many years researching and developing
of new programming language, named LUX.
Before me, nobody create high-level language, which is
absolutely compatible, for full instruction set of universal
computer.
As any usual man, I may make any mistakes, But now, I am
sure, that Lingual Units Expressions can be used for united
computer fundamental theory and for practical developments,
and can be useful to many software or hardware developers.
I verify Lingual Units Expressions by practical developments
and I am very sure, because, using LUX, I can develop next.

Lingual Units Expressions lets to make understandable and
viewable, structure-oriented and verifiable computer model
for any computer. Now, LUX language and LUX compiler are
such fundamental and practical model for known Intel 80x86 -
compatible computers in real mode and 16-bit protected mode,
and also 32-bit Flat Model for MS DOS and WIN API-32.
For fundamental researches of mobile software on level of
compilation, I developed experimental self compiled compiler
C language to LUX language, and for fundamental researches
of mobile software on level interpretation I developed next.

Lingual Instruction Set Computer is my theoretical model,
but it can be a practical model in cooperation with hardware
developers.
Until last years, there are very many developments of
computer hardware architecture, which are not very well
related to programming languages, and there are very many
developments of programming languages, which are not very
well (not very efficiently) related to computer's hardware
architecture and it's Instruction Sets.
I found the single approach, based on LUX (Lingual Units
Expressions) to developments of programming languages and
computer's hardware architecture, and it's Instruction Sets.
Lingual Instruction Set Computer (LISC) architecture,
is the result of this efficient approach.
I also very need in cooperation with software developers,
because such developments have a large volume, and it is
necessary very much time, or many developers, for such range
of developments.
But, cooperation is possible, if You agree to be not only
my partner, but also my attorney for protect of my interests
in keeping of my intellectual property in Your country.
A good portion of trust to each other is therefore a must.
It is very necessary for me, because my ambitions are to
continue of my research by myself in partner's cooperation
with You.
I began to draw a patent related to our subject (Lingual
Unit Expressions) LUX system of programming and developing
in our Russian Federal Institute of Industrial Property in
first half of this (1998) year.
It has registered with priority dated in first half of
this (1998) year. It also has a registration number, which
I shall tell You, if we will achieve some agreements.
There is already successfully finished the step of formal
expert's evaluation of this patent, and now the work,
related to this patent, is continuing.
It is possible, it can takes several month, or a year to
get such patent.
But, to have a patent in Russia, it is only one side of
this problem, which has very many side.
And now, I have a very large problem:
How it can be patented in USA and in European countries,
because patenting cost can be in limits of $10000, or even
more, and I cannot do it without financial help from any
sponsors.
Now I am busy to resolve this problem! I try to find any
sponsors in our country, but, I think, that this problem
cannot be resolved in our country.
The sponsors, who live in our country, are not interested
by problems of software or hardware fundamental researches
and developments, because our country has not such industry.
It is possible, I will be busy for resolve these problems
in our country very many years without any results, but I
would like to keep the interests of our potential users, and
my ambitions are to bring my developments to our users, as
quick as it is possible, but in the same time, I would like
to continue my research and developments by myself and, if
it is possible, in partner's cooperation jointly with You.
I think, such problems, can be understandable to sponsor,
which the same can be a reliable partner, and the same can
be attorney in the same problem. Reliance is a great force.
Because it, I propose to You to achieve a trust agreement
for use my research and developments in Your developments.
First we can achieve a trust agreement about patenting my
developments in Your Country. If You will be agree, it can
make my Patent Attorney with Your sponsor financial help, or
even, if it is possible, it can make Your Patent Attorney,
if we can achieve the Trust Agreement about patenting my
patents, as my intellectual property, in Your country.
In exchange for patenting, I can give You some quantity
of licences and copies of exist LUX programming system for
using of my developments results in Your developments.
Next, you can make a complex test of the LUX language and
it's programming system.
Next, you can use the LUX language and it's programming
system for your own developments.
We can, jointly, sell the LUX language programming system
software.
Second, You can give me a claim for development of some
quantity of LUX programming system copies, in correspondence
to Your private specifications. I am ready to create a new
enterprise, in Russia or in Your country, for developing any
software in correspondence to Your private specifications,
using the results of my researches and developments.
You can give me a claim for development of some computer
hardware architecture and it's Instruction Set. For such
computer hardware architecture and it's Instruction Sets,
I can develop, by myself, next:

The first is to continue my own researches and developments,

The second is to bring results of my developments to You and
to our potential users.
Without such cooperation with You, it takes too long time to
resolve these problems. LUX is very useful instrument. Very
many developers wait for such instrument.
